Can i automatically add tags based the origin of the customer?

Hi,

I have custom plugin on my wordpress website which send contact form 7 submitted data to our onepagecrm as contact using API3 it's working well .

Can i automatically add tags based the origin of the customer? For example, newsletter campaign, PPC, organic. etc? i would like to see where the visitors came from SEO/PPC/Remarketing on my site so at time of adding contact we can add Lead Source PPC, Newsletter , Remarketing etc.

There is any parameter or global setting to trace the origin of the customer.
