Dear team,
I would like to connect my webform from MyWebsite hosting IONOS 1&1 with OnePageCRM.
The webform is mentioning an integration with WebHooks.
I managed to do it thru Zapier, but I would like to know if there is something more direct that can be done as I have custom fields and using Zapier is not what we want to do.
My knowledge is very limited on this area.
Thank you in advance for you reply.

Hi @csadmisium!
Thanks for your question.
OnePageCRM support WebHooks to send data from itself, but not receive. To receive data, Zapier integration may help.
With Zapier you will have a chain like MyWebsite form -> Zapier -> OnePageCRM. This configuration needs to be done on Zapier side, no OnePageCRM configuration required. It may look long, but it will work.
Another option to use API, but programming skills are required.

I am having problems receiving webhook notifications, or maybe just misunderstanding when I will receive webhook notifications.
If I edit a deal and change something - for example, the "Deal name" - I will receive a webhook notification. However, if I update the deal stage by clicking on a stage in the deal stages, I do not receive a webhook notification.
It also seems that I don't receive a webhook notification every time I edit a deal. For example, if I make a change to a deal, save it, and then make another change within a couple minutes, I don't get a new webhook notification.
Can you clarify when and how often webhook notifications are sent? The documentation doesn't seem to mention anything about this behavior, so it's rather unexpected.

Hi @cimgo!
Thanks for your question!
If you edit a deal and have a configured webhook in OnePageCRM, you should receive a webhook notification whatever change you make - stage, name, or any other field change. There is a small delay before you receive a webhook notification.
I suggest you to test your webhook url first. For example, visit https://webhook.site/ and create a webhook there. Go to OnePageCRM webhooks config page at https://app.onepagecrm.com/app/webhooks and add the webhook url.
Edit a deal and check the notifications at https://webhook.site/
You should see the notifications and data there.
I hope this will help!
Best regards,
Victor
