Creating Contacts from call centre email

Hi all

Can someone explain the best way to automatically create contacts from daily emails which contains basic contact details:
date
name
email
phone number
information
tag

Currently contact details are automatically emailed across from a call answering company. The call answering company does not want to use mailchimp forms etc, so I'm wondering if there is a way to extract the information from the emails and populate OnePageCRM via API.
