Developer wanted to implement option for multiple owners

We are looking for a developer to allow us to be able to efficiently use OnePage CRM by implementing the option to have multiple owners for a single contact/company. (I still have no idea why this isn't a standard option offered by OnePage).

We have 4 different departments each with a different sales manager, and our customers can belong to just one department, all four, or anything in between. Therefore, many of our customers need to be associated with multiple owners. Each of these owners needs to be able to setup their own tasks associated with the contact.

Please let me know if this is something you can achieve along with an estimate.

There may also be a small job for a OnePage and Mailchimp API too, as the automated one doesn't work properly.
