Can I export emails via api ?
Api documentation doesn't describe it

Hi Alex,

We do not provide the functionality to export emails via the API.
I'm presuming you mean email correspondence captured using the BCC dropbox method?
Please confirm if you mean otherwise.

Hi Cillian,

Just coming back on your answer and Alex's question.
I think you are saying there is no way to output the contents of the email fields via the API? is that right? (in the same way we can for notes/calls). We are currently using the API to produce custom reports which include activity against contacts.

Thank you for your continued interest.

Currently... no, there is no way using the current API. And since our last discussion, there has been no further plans to add this feature unfortunately.

It may interest you that we are currently designing/in talks of starting a new project which should greatly improve our own reporting. As this is early stages of the project, my best timeline would be to expect this new reporting feature sometime in the first half of 2017.

However I would say that we are not likely to add the activities (emails etc.) via API in the next two years (as our development roadmap is very busy as is).
