API3

I am currently running a trial of OnePage with my sales team and so far love the product. However, the one obstacle to a full company rollout is integration with SAP B1 (version 9.1), as this is essential for maximising both adoption and productivity.
My hope in starting this topic is that I can get a better understanding of how close we can get to full integration by automating, using API calls etc...
Any guidance or input on the best approach would be very welcome!

Hello Jamie,
Thank you for your query.
I'm not very familiar with the SAP Business One system nor its API. Would you happen to have any documentation links for it?
The answer really depends on your definition of a "full integration". Do you want a two-way sync of data between OnePageCRM and your B1 database? Would this include just contacts, or also notes / deals / calls etc?
These are all possible via our API. The sync could be made quite easy if you use our webhooks to be automatically notified of created / updated data in OnePageCRM.
Kind regards,
Liam

Hi Jamie,
We currently implement SAP Business One to SME's all over in order to make their businesses better. Full integration of SAP Business One can take just a few weeks and users become familiar with the system very quickly. Overall, SAP B1 is quick and easy to implement.
I hope this helped. If you would like more information please visit https://b1systems.co.uk/. Our website will provide the answers you are looking for or contact our friendly support team - they will have no problem answering further questions.
Kind regards,
B1 Systems
