Unable to sync OnePageCRM to my BananaTag open tracking account

Hello, I am a user/customer and was chatting with support and since they were unable to help me, they sent me here for tech help.

I was emailing prospects using one of my Gmail accounts.

I needed to track open rates and clicks so bought and added bananatag chrome extension.

Worked great

I picked OnePageCRM to grow with but

I cannot sync you with my bananaTag account so I am not getting any tracking.

Hi @paulhm1! I understand your issue. Unfortunately, OnePageCRM has no integration with BananaTag for now.

As a workaround, you can try to export data from BananaTag account as csv file.
Then go to OnePageCRM Import/Export page https://app.onepagecrm.com/import_export
and import data from the file.

I want a more seamless process than a work around
Do you suggest any other email tracking software that can be used here?
I want to know when emails get opened and when links get opened especially embedded Email videos.

Thanks for getting back to me. I understand what you're looking, and we're currently working on the email tracking feature. This is not available yet but is in the pipeline to be released soon.

My suggestion for tracking when links get opened would be Bitly: https://bitly.com/

And for videos you can look at the tracking options that Youtube and Wistia (https://wistia.com/) have.

I spoke with Sarah from Customer Success, and she mentioned that BananaTag's support had requested a link from OnePageCRM. Can you give me the specifications for the link that they require on their end, please?
