I really want to integrate the Chrome extension into my workflow, but it has very limited usefulness with existing contacts, which is at least 95% of my communication.
For existing contacts, I'd love to have the same form that the extension provides for new contacts, but with the existing contact's info autopopulated. I'd post screenshots of what I'd like to see, but for some reason I'm considered a new user without permission to upload an image.
The most important thing for me is to be able to update the next action and date for existing contacts. If this were enabled, I'd be able to keyboard shortcut to open the extension, update the next action, and move along to my next email without leaving Gmail. Please make this possible, it would double CRM efficiency. Thank you for your consideration.
